Nearly every company searches for ways to incentive and attract its high-level employees, and that discussion typically includes deferred compensation plans and short-term and long-term incentive compensation programs. 

This presentation will cover when these executive compensation tools are appropriate, and possible plan designs for various desired outcomes.  The speakers will discuss the basic requirements and considerations for these arrangements as well as the advantages and compliance hurdles presented by these plans.
