Our employee and participant populations are more diverse than ever before, average employee tenures are decreasing, and remote work has become the norm. As our workforce changes and the competition for talent increases, our focus as benefits practitioners must shift towards equity and inclusion to reduce disparities, increase engagement, and support diverse needs.  This webinar will focus on considerations and methods to help us make the shift.
