The concept of “big data” and related analytics has infiltrated nearly all aspects of our lives, and employee benefits is no exception.  Sales growth, investment trends, seasonal trends—companies track and analyze data to help them manage their business. Recent developments in data science, however, have enabled a sea of change in the ability to use data in a more targeted and future-oriented manner, using predictive analytics to make personalized, action-inspiring decisions.  Join us for a lively, informative session on the impact of participant data in employee retirement plans and benefits.

About Our Presenter

Liza Masterson
AVP, Reporting & Business Intelligence
John Hancock

 Liza provides reporting and analytics that empower business leaders to make well-informed, data-driven decisions. Liza joined the company in 2008 and has held positions as a marketing analyst, product manager, and director of business intelligence. She received a B.S. in Finance from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, and maintains a FINRA Series 6 registration. Outside of work, Liza enjoys spending time with her husband, children, and two dogs, as well as competing in marathons and Ironman Triathlons.
