Health & Welfare Update: 2019 Legislative, Regulatory, and Litigation Outlook

There’s never a dull moment in the Health & Welfare arena! We’ll discuss the latest updates at both the federal and state level, including congressional efforts to reduce “surprise” medical billing, efforts to create more flexibility in HSA offerings, the latest in Cadillac Tax repeal efforts, and the Administration’s efforts to lower the cost of prescription drugs. We’ll also discuss regulatory and litigation updates, including ACA Reporting efforts and competing lawsuits regarding the ACA’s validity. Finally, we’ll close our discussion with a conversation on the proposed Colorado Paid Family Leave law, also known as the FAMLI Program.
