Despite best intentions, plan terminations sometimes happen and, when they do, they pose a unique set of challenges that we don’t regularly encounter.  To more successfully navigate the potential pitfalls of the plan termination landscape, attend our informative panel discussion.  You will hear from experts who will share their insight from the perspectives of an ERISA attorney, an actuary, and a recordkeeper.
