Please join the WP&BC Denver Chapter for the first meeting of the 2017-2018 program year. Many organizations are implementing financial wellness programs to educate their employees on financial risks, reducing or eliminating debt and planning for financial futures. Our expert panel will examine some of the steps undertaken by organizations to build financial wellness for employees, including some of the key drivers that can impact employees' financial wellness. We will also discuss best practices for employers looking to develop and implement financial wellness programs.
About Our Panel
Linda Brink - VP, Director of Health Risk Management, LocktonLinda has over 30 years of experience working with employers to design, implement and evaluate employee health management programs. Linda joined Lockton as our VP, Director of Health Risk Management. Linda assists clients in the overall strategic direction of their wellness programs to help control health care costs by improving employee health and company culture. Linda works directly with Lockton clients to identify health risks by utilizing retroactive claims data, and proactive health risk assessments. She develops, implements, and evaluates wellness initiatives tailored to our clients’ health risks, financial risks, and cultural needs.
Rob LaBreche - President and CEO/Founder of Enrich Rob LaBreche has held executive-level positions in various capacities within the in the financial industry for over 20 years. Mr. LaBreche is considered a financial aid/student loan expert and has appeared in media nationwide, including The Wall Street Journal, USA Today, CNN and many others. He is also a Certified Educator in Personal Finance and has been a speaker on financial literacy at conferences throughout the country. Mr. LaBreche has a passion for financial literacy and founded Enrich on the basis that he didn’t believe there were any other existing entities that made the subject compelling, relevant and timely.
Kelley Rockett - Benefits & Retirement Analyst at CH2MKelley has been working closely with CH2M employees for the past 5½ years to meet their health & welfare and retirement benefit needs. She enjoys researching and growing a culture of financial wellness at CH2M and brings to the discussion personal perspective and lessons learned from these efforts. Ms. Rockett is halfway through her Master of Arts in Organization Leadership program at Regis University, where she prefers to study organizational behavior and culture. Having five children at home (ages 9 – 19), she is also passionate about taking financial wellness topics home for discussion and appreciates the insight this gives her for the kind of support & resources CH2M’s workforce may need.
