This program will address current ERISA litigation events and cases and provide insights on recent Supreme Court cases. Teresa Renaker, a partner at Renaker Hasselman, LLP, and Mike Beaver, a partner at Holland & Hart LLP, will participate in an in-depth and interactive session moderated by Bill Fender of Innovest Portfolio Solutions LLC. After hearing from both a plaintiff’s attorney and a defendant’s attorney, attendees will understand how both sides of the aisle have viewed recent decisions and how those decisions might shape future litigation.
