During this luncheon, Peter Miterko will review strategies for public companies establishing dialogues with institutional shareholders, as an alternative to following proxy advisory firm guidance. He will review with the audience the public company executive compensation and governance practices now in wide-spread use in privately owned companies, and why private companies are adopting public company practices. Mr. Miterko will also review leading edge compensation planning techniques with audience members, and answer questions about approaches companies might consider taking in 2016. Finally, he will review the latest ways to use tax and accounting techniques to make compensation plans operate as efficiently as possible.
